Transferring a Call (Yealink)

Blind Transfer Method #

1. Press the “Transfer” soft key.
2. Enter the number you want to dial then press the “B Transfer” soft key. The call is now transferred.

Attended Transfer Method #

1. Press the “Transfer” soft key.
2. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to then press the “Send” soft key.
3. When you are ready to hand off the call press the “Transfer” soft key.
