Can I use my existing number?

Yes! Our porting team makes the transision to our service easy. We try to scheudle ports for afterhours, leading to little to no downtime of your system.

Will I be locked into a contract?

Although we have you sign a service agreement, you can cancel at anytime. Our client retentention since inception is 99% so we are confident you will stay with our service.

If I lose power, can I still make calls?

During a power outage you will not be able to make calls. However by using the mobile app, you can make, transfer, and recieve calls through cellular service.

Can I use my existing phones?

It may be possible. We support most Yealink, Grandstream, Snom, and Polycom phones.

Do you offer financing or leasing options?

Yes, we can offer phone leasing but this is contingent on a business credit check and a 2 year contract.

Who owns the numbers I use?

You own your numbers and can port out at anytime by using the information in your account.

How many calls can I make at a time?

You can have as many calls as your desk phone supports! If your phone support 12 lines, you can have 12 calls.

How can I record calls?

Our call recording feature is included with anyone using more than 5 devices. If you have less than this you can enable it for $25 a month.

Do I need a desk phone?

Maybe not! You can use the desktop app with a headset and still utilize all the features of our system.

Do you support CRM integrations?

Yes we do, most CRM systems can be configured to work with our system. Ask your account manager about your CRM, if it’s on our list we will help set it up for free.
