Checking Your Voicemail

To check your voicemail from your desk phone: #

1. Pick up the handset and press the “Envelope” key or dial “9999”.
2. You will then be asked for your voicemail PIN number. Type in your voicemail PIN number then press  ”#”.
3. Follow the voice prompts to check or delete your voicemails.

To check your voicemail from any phone in your office: #

1. Pick up the handset and press the “Envelope” key or dial “9999”.
2. Press “#”.
3. You will be asked to enter your extension number, type in your extension number.
4. You will then be asked for your voicemail PIN number. Type in your voicemail PIN number then press  ”#”.
5. Follow the voice prompts to check or delete your voicemails.
