Yes! Our porting team makes the transition to our service easy. We try to schedule ports for after-hours, leading to little to no downtime of your system.

Although we have you sign a service agreement, you can cancel at anytime. Our client retention since inception is 99% so we are confident you will stay with our service.

During a power outage you will not be able to make calls. However by using the mobile app, you can make, transfer, and recieve calls through cellular service.

It may be possible. We support most Yealink, Grandstream, Snom, and Polycom phones.

You can have as many calls as your desk phone supports! If your phone support 12 lines, you can have 12 calls.
